Our Location in Jefferson North Carolina

We are located less than one mile from downtown West Jefferson at 434 McConnell Street. Our office is just across the street from the Ashe County Health Department. The office is always open between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. On weekends our agents come in by appointment. There is always an agent on call 7 days a week to respond to your questions. We invite you to come by and visit us at any time. See the Google map below for specific direction from your location. From Charlotte:

Travel I-77 North to Hwy. 421 (exit 73B). Travel North on 421 through Wilkesboro. Turn right on Hwy. 221 and follow into Jefferson (15 miles). Go past Civic Center on the right. Take a left on Mount Jefferson Rd. At end of road (.2 mile) turn right on S. Main Street. Then take second left on McConnell St (.1 mile). Office is located on left (500 ft). (Travel time 2 Hours 15 Minutes).

From Raleigh/Durham:

Travel I-40 West to Hwy. 421 (exit 188). Travel North on 421 through Wilkesboro. Turn right on Hwy. 221 and follow into Jefferson (15 miles). Go past Civic Center on the right. Take a left on Mount Jefferson Rd. At end of road (.2 mile) turn right on S. Main Street. Then take second left on McConnell St (.1 mile). Office is located on left (500 ft). (Travel time 3 Hours and 30 Minutes).

From Boone NC:

Travel East on Hwy. 421 towards Wilkesboro. Turn left on Hwy. 221 and follow into Jefferson (15 miles). Go past Civic Center on the right. Take a left on Mount Jefferson Rd. At end of road (.2 mile) turn right on S. Main Street. Then take second left on McConnell St (.1 mile). Office is located on left (500 ft). (Travel time 30 Minutes).
