Will was more than happy to take care of a lot of the little things during the process so that my wife and I didn't have to make the 5 1/2-hour drive from our primary home very often. Right away, Will made us feel like he had been a close friend for years; he listened to our interests and set up showings in both Ashe and Alleghany Counties. We ended up choosing to pursue a property in Alleghany County, and Will helped guide us through the myriad of forms, etc. that needed to be completed even before the formal offer to purchase was made.  His excellent knowledge of the process and ability to explain it all in layman's terms helped put us at ease. During the purchase process, when an insurance form needed to be completed due to a wood-burning fireplace in the home, Will tactfully dealt with an uncooperative Seller's Agent and finally helped work out everything with the insurance company so the sale could proceed. Will kept us informed of all that was going on with our offer, counters from the sellers, etc. Once we were under contract, he immediately set up needed inspections to ensure we were purchasing a place with minimal issues. The inspectors and service companies that Will used were top-notch and gave us very detailed explanations of everything they encountered. We finally closed on the house in late August, and I could tell Will's genuine delight at helping us find just the right place "Up the Hill"! Will remains a friend to us; he even volunteered to come by last week to help me move some heavy furniture into the house. MountainScape Realty has now secured the services of one of the most enjoyable Buyer's Agents we have ever worked with (this is our 6th purchase). Will's friendly demeanor and excellent knowledge of real estate will serve him and the company well in the future.
